IMPORTANT INFORMATION! – Deadline for submitting flight details is October 9th

The Organizing Committee of the European Chess Club Cup2024 kindly reminds all participants and accompanying persons who need the official transfer from Belgrade and Nis to Vrnjacka Banja that the official deadline for submitting flight details is October 9th, 2024. All flight details should be sent to the official e-mail address of the event: transfer@clubcup2024 and office@clubcup2024.com. The organizing committee of the ECC2024 is not obliged to organize the transfer services for the players and accompanying persons who send their flight details after the submission deadline

The organizers will provide transfer services from Belgrade “Nikola Tesla” airport, and from Nis “Konstantin Veliki” airport to the official hotels of the event on October 18th and October 19th, free of charge. Transfer services for earlier arrivals/later departures are the subject of an additional charge.

The organizing committee will publish the transfer schedule until October 14th.
